How can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order by contacting us directly, this can be done at any time.

When will I receive my order?

Our standard delivery service will aim to deliver your parcel up to 5 working days of your order.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will be an additional 48 hours on top of this.

What delivery service do you use?

We use Royal Mail should you need to return a faulty item.

How do I return an order?

Due to hygiene reasons our Lingerie and Swimwear cannot be returned.

Of course, if there is a manufacturing fault with your garment you are welcome to the return the item back to store for a full refund, or credit note to use in store.

To obtain a refund your order receipt is needed, the item must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached and it must be within 28 days of purchase.

If you believe you have received a faulty item please get in contact via email or telephone.


When will I receive my refund for a faulty item?

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving it, following this it may take up to 7-10 working days to show up in your account depending on your bank. We will keep you posted of this by either calling you or sending you an email, so that you always know what's going on.


I have received an incorrect item

If you have received an incorrect item please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will sort this out as quickly as we can.

Yes you certainly can, feel free to call us and we will be more than happy to assist you with your order. It would be helpful to have the style name and size that you need ready, so that we can process your order as quickly as possible.
